Congratulations to Helena Wall and Starstruck (Danny) on winning at first level and placing 3rd in the training test at the Yellow Rose Festival dressage show hosted at Las Colinas.

Late Summer update…. Congratulations to Double Rivers Really Cool for winning Richland CIC** by 6 points then backing up as the 2011 Intermediate American Eventing Champion, winning by more than 8 points. Revi being the youngest horse in the class  has proved to be truly REALLY COOL!

Winter in Aiken is well under way since arriving on the 15th Dec at 1am. The drive down was my first experience with black ice and added 5 hours to the drive and left two very tired drivers, Mark and myself. Mark was also booked on a 7am flight so after 2 hours sleep we were off to the Augusta airport make the flight. Glad that’s over….
