When competing, Iz'bella was arguably one of the cleanest jumping horses in Australian eventing, described as a freak, she won the best showjump round at her final Adelaide 4 star performance.  Iz'bella was also a World Cup finalist (did not travel) having placed 2nd at Warwick World Cup Qualifier.

Bloodline information

Closely related to Windfall II, international eventer and member of the 2004 USA Olympic bronze medal winning team.  Windfall II is sired by Habicht.

Iz'bella's sire, Copernicus, is also the sire of Peron, member of the 1996 Olympics Bronze Medal winning U.S. Dressage team, placing fifth individually.

Habicht, the father of Copernicus, won his 100-day testing, and went on to be an incredibly successful event horse, winning the CCI*** at Achelschwang and finishing as teh best German horse at the Burghley CCI****.

Burnus, the grandfather of Copernicus was ridden by the great Reiner Klimke on the German national team in eventing, before retiring to stand at stud.

With Iz'bella's dam, Swift, Kadi and her mother have bred a number of international quality horses such as the stallion Wirragulla Hamlet, successful World Cup showjumper and prior to this a 2 star eventer at the age of 6.  Also on Izabella's side through Satu Besar (purpose bred NZ sport horse) is related to Stirling Goshawk, Australian eventing representative at WEG at The Hague.
